Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of restaurant or hotel food and beverage management experience
  • passion for Internal Hospitality and alignment with IRHG core values
  • strong problem resolution abilities
  • exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • effective communication skills with the ability to manage important conversations
  • flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 4 years of successful restaurant or hotel food and beverage management experience
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • ability to foster a positive work culture and staff development
  • knowledge of food safety standards and compliance

Job Duties

  • Provide hands-on leadership across all food and beverage operations
  • assist in overseeing food and beverage services to maximize guest satisfaction and profits
  • maintain high standards of service and quality in food production, banquet, room, beverage, and restaurant service
  • lead, mentor, and train the food and beverage operations team
  • implement and monitor ordering and receiving programs for proper quantity and pricing
  • act as an ambassador for IRHG promoting service culture and operational excellence
  • deliver unique guest services to create memorable experiences and foster guest retention
