Job Requirements
- 4+ years of restaurant or hotel food and beverage management experience
- passion for Internal Hospitality and alignment with IRHG core values
- strong problem resolution abilities
- exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- effective communication skills with the ability to manage important conversations
- flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 4 years of successful restaurant or hotel food and beverage management experience
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- ability to foster a positive work culture and staff development
- knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
Job Duties
- Provide hands-on leadership across all food and beverage operations
- assist in overseeing food and beverage services to maximize guest satisfaction and profits
- maintain high standards of service and quality in food production, banquet, room, beverage, and restaurant service
- lead, mentor, and train the food and beverage operations team
- implement and monitor ordering and receiving programs for proper quantity and pricing
- act as an ambassador for IRHG promoting service culture and operational excellence
- deliver unique guest services to create memorable experiences and foster guest retention
