Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years fine dining experience preferred
- Two years banquet management experience preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if applicable
- Strong communication skills
- Previous supervisory/management skills and experience
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Must maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- Read, write and speak English
- Prefer two to three years of fine dining experience
- Prefer two years banquet management experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and employees
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Meets minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Requires 8th grade math level
- Requires high school reasoning level
- Requires 12th grade language use level
Job Duties
- Assist department head in oversight of food and beverage activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service
- Interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage staff
- Maximize profits through effective service and marketing
- Oversee banquet operations and ensure quality event execution
