Job Requirements
- read, write and speak english
- two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
- two years banquet management experience preferred
- food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- previous supervisory or management skills and experience
- requires 8th grade math level
- requires high school reasoning level
- requires 12th grade language use level
- no employee will pose a direct threat to the health or safety of self or others

Job Duties
- assist department head in food and beverage department oversight
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing
- interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage food and beverage staff
- manage banquet services and fine dining operations
- ensure inventory and budget control
- foster team motivation and development
