Job Requirements

  • read, write and speak english
  • two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • two years banquet management experience preferred
  • food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
  • meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • previous supervisory or management skills and experience
  • requires 8th grade math level
  • requires high school reasoning level
  • requires 12th grade language use level
  • no employee will pose a direct threat to the health or safety of self or others

Job Duties

  • assist department head in food and beverage department oversight
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing
  • interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage food and beverage staff
  • manage banquet services and fine dining operations
  • ensure inventory and budget control
  • foster team motivation and development
