  • Manager's ServSafe Certification
  • Allergen Certification
  • excellent communication skills

  • proficiency with various computer applications
  • ability to handle fast-paced, demanding environments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • prior management experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • Manager's ServSafe Certification

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • manage daily operations and coordinate with kitchen and service teams
  • develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards
  • mentor and develop staff members fostering an environment of encouragement and empowerment
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • attend weekly management meetings and communicate relevant information to teams
  • participate in progressive discipline and maintain accurate documentation
  • control costs and drive revenue through effective planning and operational efficiency
  • identify and resolve operational issues promptly
  • maintain an orderly workflow prioritizing tasks
