Job Duties

  • Establish, follow, and enforce sanitation standards and procedures
  • Supervise the maintenance of food and beverage equipment
  • Participate in educational opportunities and professional organizations
  • Investigate and respond to guest needs, inquiries, comments, and problems
  • Update cash management system
  • Prepare reports for administration
  • Perform Manager-on-Duty functions and shifts as assigned
