Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Experience in similar property size and nature
  • Current Food Handler Card or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in a property of similar size and nature
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products and equipment
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
  • Basic English proficiency to communicate with customers and staff
  • Current Food Handler Card or certification in progress
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and food safety regulations
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Ability to operate beverage equipment
  • Knowledge of proper table settings and service techniques

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food and beverage outlets maintaining and exceeding brand standards
  • Ensure outstanding guest service by greeting guests and maintaining high service standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements
  • Manage and analyze operational and financial reports including labor costs
  • Organize and conduct staff and pre-shift meetings
  • Plan and execute hotel sponsored events
  • Ensure quality and consistency of food and beverage products
  • Monitor POS systems and cashier procedures
  • Handle manager on duty responsibilities
  • Maintain scheduling, payroll and inventory control
  • Support marketing efforts including menu creation and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by supervising cleaning
  • Adhere to safety, security procedures and company policies
  • Provide direct support to restaurant personnel as needed
