Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent in work experience
- 3-4 years of restaurant management experience in hospitality preferred
- previous leadership experience preferred
- commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
- in-depth knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food preparation
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of basic accounting principles including cost and payroll control, budgeting and analyzing financial data
- ability to forecast and strategically plan for business needs related to inventory and staffing
- proven ability to maximize profitability and operate with a high degree of quality
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and develop team members
- ability to become TiPS certified within 30 days of employment
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
- ability to resolve problems, handle conflict and make decisions under pressure
- able to cope with changing priorities and deadlines

Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Managers in day-to-day operations
- take responsibility for the front of house acting as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company standards
- support and manage the restaurant outlets while working closely with the outlet General Managers and other hotel departments
- lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
- develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
- take initiative to develop and execute new promotions, events, etc.
- conduct daily and recurring staff meetings including ongoing training and safety classes
- input daily reports and logbook entries
- enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
- ensure the security of monies, credit, and financial transactions
- establish par levels for supplies and equipment
- supervise the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team members
- provide prompt follow-up to all guest concerns
- communicate all pertinent information to the outlet's team
- maintain constant awareness of safety issues and report incidents
- ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment, china, glass, and silver
