Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of food and beverage management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong innovative mindset
  • knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
  • hospitality experience preferred
  • eligibility to work in the USA
  • ability to stand for up to 12 hours
  • capable of lifting 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions

Job Duties

  • Hire train and supervise food and beverage staff
  • oversee outlet scheduling in alignment with business needs and service standards
  • assist with supervision of outlet operations ensuring product presentation and service standards
  • collaborate with Executive Chef to develop menus and food and beverage marketing strategies
  • implement new menus and promotional events
  • analyze forecast cost and revenue reports to maximize profits
  • respond to guest inquiries and complaints
  • coordinate special arrangements and requests
  • support outlet managers in maintenance and operational services
  • conduct or attend food and beverage administration meetings
  • complete monthly inventory
  • ensure timely completion of function bills
  • supervise weekly payroll input
  • liaise with Sales Department to meet client needs
