Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of food and beverage management experience
- excellent communication skills
- strong innovative mindset
- knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- hospitality experience preferred
- eligibility to work in the USA
- ability to stand for up to 12 hours
- capable of lifting 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions

Job Duties
- Hire train and supervise food and beverage staff
- oversee outlet scheduling in alignment with business needs and service standards
- assist with supervision of outlet operations ensuring product presentation and service standards
- collaborate with Executive Chef to develop menus and food and beverage marketing strategies
- implement new menus and promotional events
- analyze forecast cost and revenue reports to maximize profits
- respond to guest inquiries and complaints
- coordinate special arrangements and requests
- support outlet managers in maintenance and operational services
- conduct or attend food and beverage administration meetings
- complete monthly inventory
- ensure timely completion of function bills
- supervise weekly payroll input
- liaise with Sales Department to meet client needs
