Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets ensuring smooth efficient and guest-focused service
  • support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding Hotel Alba brand service standards
  • coach train and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction
  • lead by example on the floor modeling warm professional and unscripted hospitality
  • monitor quality presentation and timeliness of food and beverage delivery
  • assist in managing scheduling labor control and inventory to support financial goals
  • handle guest feedback with care resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
  • partner with culinary banquet and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas
  • ensure strict adherence to health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • contribute to a culture of teamwork positivity and empowerment within the department
