- Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards
- Coach, train, and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction
- Lead by example on the floor, modeling warm, professional, and unscripted hospitality
- Monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage delivery
- Assist in managing scheduling, labor control, and inventory to support financial goals
- Handle guest feedback with care, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
- Partner with culinary, banquet, and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, positivity, and empowerment within the department
