Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in food and beverage supervision or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Knowledge of POS systems and food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage labor control and inventory
- Experience working in hotel resort or upscale dining establishments preferred
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets ensuring smooth efficient and guest-focused service
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards
- Coach train and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction
- Lead by example on the floor modeling warm professional and unscripted hospitality
- Monitor quality presentation and timeliness of food and beverage delivery
- Assist in managing scheduling labor control and inventory to support financial goals
- Handle guest feedback with care resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
- Partner with culinary banquet and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas
- Ensure strict adherence to health safety and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork positivity and empowerment within the department
