Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent training
  • minimum 5-7 years experience in culinary roles
  • at least 5 years in leadership

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Leads kitchen and dish washing team
  • provides direction for day-to-day operations
  • performs duties in associate's absence or determines appropriate replacement
  • provides guidance and direction to subordinates

  • ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently
