Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
- ability to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
- must meet professional appearance standards
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- regular physical requirements including standing, handling objects, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepares and serves food to customers
- sells non-food merchandise and maintains display
- responsible for stocking of all products during and at the end of shift
- operates cash register taking payments and giving correct change
- cleans and sanitizes kitchen and dining areas
- busses tables and maintains dining area cleanliness
- disposes of garbage and recyclables properly
- provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with patrons and coworkers
- performs duties safely and reports hazards
- performs reasonable temporary duties outside job description as needed
