Job Requirements
- Class II Gaming License
- food Handlers Permit
- MAST card
- must be 21 years of age
- able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- capable of frequently lifting and carrying trays up to 25 lbs
- able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- able to use POS systems
- must successfully complete 90 day probationary/training period to maintain employment

- acquire Food Handlers permit within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Promotes outstanding guest service
- keep work area stocked and cleaned at all times
- engage with guests in a prompt timely manner
- delivers beverages and food to guests
- must be able to work flexible hours i.e. holidays and weekends
- work in a fast-paced team driven environment
- properly follow Casino and state regulations related to alcohol and health code compliance
