Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills to handle transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 41-50 pounds
- Flexibility to work day, swing, nights, weekends, and holidays shifts
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system to ring in orders and settle checks
- Previous Food and Beverage experience is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift 41-50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and initiate conversations with customers as they enter their respective venue
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling food, beverage, and retail items to guests or employees and inform guests of casino operations and outlet locations
- Continually operate cash register or cash bank and accept payment ensuring accuracy when making change
- Maintain assigned area by keeping it orderly, continually cleaned, and sanitized
- Serve food and beverages with a smile while being knowledgeable about the menu and current promotions
- Provide assistance to guests in making menu choices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in food and beverage service
