Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including day, swing, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift 41 to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage experience is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to operate a Point of Sale system accurately
- Ability to count money and make correct change
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift 41-50 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet and initiate conversations with customers as they enter their respective venue
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling food and beverage and retail items to guests or employees
- Inform guests of casino operations and outlet locations
- Operate cash register or cash bank, accept payments with accuracy and make correct change
- Maintain assigned area by keeping it orderly, clean, and sanitized
- Serve food and beverages with a smile
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu and current promotions to assist guests
