- Must be 21 years of age or older

- basic office skills including math and cash handling
- ability to maintain professional appearance

- basic PC literacy including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ability to use basic cashier equipment
- understanding of inventory control and food safety
- compliance with OSHA standards

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service at food and beverage outlets
- address guest orders promptly and accurately
- complete cash, credit, or room charge transactions
- ensure food orders and guest requests are fulfilled
- clean and stock all areas based on inventory control
- maintain high quality and safety standards
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction
- promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments
