Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
tips training
good verbal communication skills
ability to work with a number of people at one time
ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
ability to work with little or no supervision
ability to work as a member of a team and/or independently
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
one year experience working in food or bar service preferred
demonstrated knowledge of fast-paced service venues
ability to obtain a TIPS card
ability to obtain Food Worker’s Card
general knowledge of drink preparation and recipes

Job Duties

Provides spectacular service to all customers
opens and closes the espresso/bar venue
ensures all drink orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
mixes drink orders for guests and server's orders
completes accurate cash transactions
maintains a clean and sanitary work area
promotes core values and actively practices customer service standards
