Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of related experience in a food or beverage, hotel or casino atmosphere
- Must obtain and maintain current Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
- Strong communication skills in English both written and oral
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Must obtain and retain KTTT Gaming Commission license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must comply with KLEC policies and gaming regulations
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year related experience in food, beverage, hotel or casino industry
- Current Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong leadership, organizational and guest service skills
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow established service programs
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with tribal, federal and casino policies and regulations
- Ensure highest possible standards of guest services by responding to guest and team member concerns
- Supervise day-to-day activities of beverage team including performance reviews, discipline, scheduling and training
- Conduct interviews, hire staff and support management
- Lead beverage venues to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust according to business needs
- Assist with administrative responsibilities and supervise for accuracy and compliance
- Comprehend financial reports to improve operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain operating expenses within budget
- Motivate and lead team with coaching and goal-setting
- Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of beverage outlets
- Participate in month-end inventories
- Manage security of confidential information
- Monitor compliance with currency transaction and anti-money laundering policies
- Attend and complete required training
- Promote KLECH core values and MAD skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
