Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling experience
- Willingness to comply with all regulatory and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing and preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Stock bar, mix and prepare drink orders for guests as well as servers in a fast and professional manner
- Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance, replenishes if needed
- Follow proper procedures in food sanitation
- Store and maintain all equipment in proper fashion
- Operate the cash register according to cash handling guidelines
- Respond to guest’s requests and questions
- Maintain clean working bars in accordance with coast guard, Indiana Liquor Commission and Health Department standards
- Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly
- Other duties as assigned
