Job Requirements
- one year of food and beverage management and/or food and beverage experience
- capable of taking direction and working with minimal supervision
- detail oriented
- must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- having an understanding of word, excel, and outlook
- strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- class ii license
- food handlers permit
- mast alcohol training

Job Duties
- participation and input toward marketing activities
- ensures compliance with health and safety codes and policies
- exceptional customer service in a professional manner
- ensures all billing is accurate
- lead and motivate staff
- multi-task and prioritize workload to meet all deadlines and guest expectations
- participate in monthly staff meetings
- communicate daily with food and beverage management and sales teams
- control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- implement daily plans set forth by banquet manager
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitations and organization of banquet areas
- supervise banquet staff in conjunction with banquet/food and beverage director
- perform any other duties requested by manager/director
- monitors all cash handling processes and monitors alcohol services within their assigned events
