Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Four years college degree and/or minimum of three years of food and beverage management experience
- Restaurant floor supervisory experience and experience hiring
- Must have alcohol awareness certification
- Strong communication skills in English both written and oral
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with management and staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and multitask
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for the successful daily operation of the Restaurant

- meetings, organizing and directing pre-shift meetings on a consistent basis
- Communicate effectively, giving direction, support, timely feedback and recognition of
- Work with the Director of Food and Beverage, Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and Sous
- Chefs with suggestions for menu changes
- Conduct a weekly walk through of dining room and kitchen area to ensure sanitation,
