Job Requirements
- Must have High School diploma or GED
- must have four years college degree and/or minimum of three years Food and Beverage management experience in a high-paced environment
- must have restaurant floor supervisory experience
- must have experience hiring staff
- must have alcohol awareness certification
- must possess strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Spanish or other language skills a plus
- must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- must be able to maintain effective relationships with General Manager, Directors, Managers and staff
- must be able to work under pressure in fast-paced, stressful environment
- must be able to meet multiple deadlines and multitask
- must have strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills
- must have positive attitude with strong organizational and leadership qualities
- must have ability to perform mathematical calculations
- must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- must be able to understand complex instructions and material
- must be able to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds

- must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License including passing background check

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with Tribal, Federal and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies
- ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
- supervise day to day activities including training, planning, assigning and directing work, interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding and issuing corrective action for team members
- assist Servers, Dining Room Attendants, culinary Team and Hosts in exceeding dining guest expectations
- manage team members scheduling, evaluations, PTO processing and daily floor rotation assignments
- ensure all opening, closing and running side work is completed daily
- resolve operational and guest issues independently to create memorable dining experiences
- provide leadership through frequent training on service, wines presentation and beverage menus
- develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
- evaluate service procedures and respond proactively to challenges
- maintain wine and liquor inventory par levels and place orders accordingly
- maintain a visible presence on the floor interacting with guests
- provide food, wine and beverage recommendations
- conduct monthly departmental meetings and pre-shift meetings
- communicate effectively by giving direction, support, feedback and recognition
- collaborate with Director of Food and Beverage and culinary staff on menu changes
- perform weekly dining room and kitchen walk through to ensure sanitation and equipment functionality
- demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills
- manage security of confidential information
- attend all required training
- monitor compliance with currency transaction and anti-money laundering regulations
- perform other assigned duties
