Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License with background check
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must comply with KLECH policies, internal procedures, and gaming regulations
- Six months experience as a cook preferred
- Professional culinary training preferred
- Ability to follow established recipes
- Communication skills in English preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with tribal, federal and gaming regulations and KLECH policies
- Provide high quality fresh hot and cold food using standardized recipes
- Prepare food consistently with little to no variation in appearance and taste
- Practice proper portion control and minimize waste
- Control food production including cooking times, methods and sanitation
- Manage food storage, labeling, and rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations during and after shifts
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, deep fryers, and processors
- Prepare food for special events and caters as assigned
- Taste check food items to ensure quality
- Promote KLECH core values and MAD skills
- Monitor compliance with federal reporting and anti-money laundering policies
- Attend and complete all required training
- Perform other duties as assigned
