Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California child labor laws
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
  • ability to comply with all uniform policies
  • must possess a safety-oriented mindset and understand the importance of complying with all state and local food preparation and serving regulations
  • must possess exceptional customer service skills with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
  • ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and customer satisfaction
  • ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven success in school or previous job experience
  • must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner
  • take food and beverage orders
  • accept payments and make correct change
  • provide food and beverages at the counter in measured quantities according to company standards
  • accurately conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed, including credit and refund transactions
  • ensure all PCI and park guidelines are followed for all financial transactions
  • adhere to state, local, and company regulations and laws concerning the service of food and beverage products
  • maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for all colleagues and guests
  • perform all other duties assigned by leadership
