Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California child labor laws
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
- ability to comply with all uniform policies
- must possess a safety-oriented mindset and understand the importance of complying with all state and local food preparation and serving regulations
- must possess exceptional customer service skills with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
- ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and customer satisfaction
- ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven success in school or previous job experience
- must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner
- take food and beverage orders
- accept payments and make correct change
- provide food and beverages at the counter in measured quantities according to company standards
- accurately conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed, including credit and refund transactions
- ensure all PCI and park guidelines are followed for all financial transactions
- adhere to state, local, and company regulations and laws concerning the service of food and beverage products
- maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for all colleagues and guests
- perform all other duties assigned by leadership
