Job Requirements

  • 0-1 year of customer service or related experience

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • expedite guest food orders promptly at concession stands, portables, and restaurant areas
  • stock product, set up condiment stations, cashier stations, and display baskets
  • assist in the preparation of food items in all Food and Beverage areas
  • assist cashiers with orders and pour beverages
  • check concessions equipment to ensure proper use
  • thoroughly complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
  • practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
  • partner with other team members to ensure food and beverage quality
  • understand and execute responsible alcohol service
  • understand and maintain proper sanitation and food safety
  • be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally and assist guests
  • support any other Food and Beverage departments as needed
  • other duties as assigned
