Job Duties
- Serve food to guests from buffet stations ensuring accurate portion sizes and replenishing food as needed
- Regularly check and replenish buffet items ensuring that food levels remain stocked and fresh throughout the event
- Offer guidance and assistance to guests as they navigate food stations ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Track inventory of food and beverage supplies alerting management when restocking is needed
- Keep the dining area neat by clearing used plates refilling drinks and adjusting seating arrangements
- Perform light cleaning tasks such as wiping down food stations sweeping floors and removing trash during and after the event
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards throughout the event
- Address guest needs or special requests such as dietary preferences or allergies with attention to detail
- Assist other event staff with setting up and breaking down the event ensuring all areas are prepared for guests and cleaned afterward
