Job Duties
- Serve buffet food to guests ensuring accurate portion sizes and replenishing food as needed
- Maintain food stations by regularly checking and replenishing buffet items to keep food levels stocked and fresh
- Assist guests by offering guidance and ensuring a smooth dining experience
- Monitor supplies by tracking inventory and alerting management when restocking is needed
- Keep the dining area tidy by clearing used plates, refilling drinks, and adjusting seating arrangements
- Ensure cleanliness through light cleaning tasks such as wiping down food stations, sweeping floors, and removing trash
- Follow food safety procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Address special requests from guests including dietary preferences or allergies
- Support event staff with setup and breakdown of the event area
