Job Requirements
- Availability to work from 4pm to 8pm
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- ability to work 16 to 20 hours per week
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to follow food safety standards
- willingness to engage with guests in a friendly manner
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
- ability to speak and receive direction in English
Job Duties
- Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up
- ensure kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized
- ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked
- present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
- answer guest's questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
- provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
