Job Duties
- Serve food to guests from buffet stations ensuring accurate portion sizes and replenishing food as needed
- regularly check and replenish buffet items ensuring that food levels remain stocked and fresh throughout the event
- offer guidance and assistance to guests as they navigate food stations ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- track inventory of food and beverage supplies alerting management when restocking is needed
- keep the dining area neat by clearing used plates refilling drinks and adjusting seating arrangements
- perform light cleaning tasks such as wiping down food stations sweeping floors and removing trash during and after the event
- follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards throughout the event
- address guest needs or special requests such as dietary preferences or allergies with attention to detail
- assist other event staff with setting up and breaking down the event ensuring all areas are prepared for guests and cleaned afterward
