Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume F&B environment
- Experience with revenue management is an asset

Job Duties
- Lead by example, providing hands-on supervision and direction to food service team members
- Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure completion of all closing duties and daily operational checklists
- Utilize company platforms for ordering, planning, scheduling, and inventory control
- Maintain high standards of quality control for all food and beverage offerings
- Assist in the planning and execution of catering and special events
- Uphold a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing Food Safety and Serving It Right standards
- Perform other duties as assigned to support outlet success
