Job Duties

  • Lead by example, providing hands-on supervision and direction to food service team members
  • Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Ensure completion of all closing duties and daily operational checklists
  • Utilize company platforms for ordering, planning, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Maintain high standards of quality control for all food and beverage offerings
  • Assist in the planning and execution of catering and special events
  • Uphold a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing Food Safety and Serving It Right standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support outlet success
