Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid gaming license through the Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission
- Hold a MAST liquor permit and a food handlers card
- Attend required training sessions offered by the Spokane Tribe Casino
- Uphold ethical behavior understand the impact of problem gambling and be knowledgeable about the casino's programs to address it
- Establish rules for promotions and events in compliance with casino policies and regulatory requirements
- Able to move effectively around various work areas be on your feet for most of the shift and lift up to 100 pounds if needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required higher education preferred especially college-level business courses
- Minimum of five years of food and beverage experience in high volume multi outlet environment with at least three years of lead supervisory or management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant bar operations cash flow management food and beverage handling safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate staff encouraging open communication and empowerment
- Collaborate with F&B management to recruit and evaluate personnel
- Train evaluate and monitor staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare staff schedules to optimize staffing levels for service and cost control
- Conduct daily inspections of food and beverage quality to maintain standards
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with varying guest volume noise and smoke levels
- Interpret budgeted goals monitor cash flow adjust staffing based on sales volume
