Job Requirements
- 2+ years of food and beverage supervisory or management experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet environment
- Experience working in high-volume food and beverage operations
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift
- Must be able to legally work in the USA
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications

- Experience with multi-outlet F&B operations is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift to oversee operations effectively
- Must be able to legally work in the USA
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets by Company Standards
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service, consistently delivering an outstanding dining experience to guests
- Supervise and support the food and beverage sales process, optimizing revenue and profitability
- Train and motivate staff to exceed goals, providing guidance and coaching to maintain service excellence
- Monitor and control food costs and stock levels, implementing strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and cooperation
- Comply with the companys drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- All other duties as assigned
