Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or combination of four years relevant education and experience required
- minimum two years of luxury resort hotel or restaurant sales experience preferred
- ability to travel for client visits and appointments
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- prior food and beverage operational experience is a plus
- highly motivated and capable of leading and developing team members

Job Duties
- oversee the coordination and successful execution of all programs and services contracted through the Restaurant Sales department
- rectify any deficiencies with respective operational departments
- generate revenue for the restaurants through direct sales, direct mail, and other sales and marketing efforts
- identify key markets and develop key relationships to generate sales
- accurately describe what each restaurant has to offer including availability, layout, capacities, appearance, and menu details
- build and foster relationships with partners, manage the end-to-end sales cycle and attend conferences and events to grow sales
- ensure compliance with company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures
- prepare and oversee the department's financial goals
