Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required
  • Preferred certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, culinary arts or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8-10 years progressive leadership experience in restaurant or luxury hotel executive management
  • CPR Certification
  • Manager's Liquor Commission Card
  • ServSafe Certification for Managers
  • Proven experience managing high-volume F&B and events operations
  • Strong financial skills in budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multicultural teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to perform under stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism
  • Knowledge of fine dining and culinary trends
  • Commitment to guest service excellence and luxury hospitality standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Catering, Culinary and Food & Beverage operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards and adherence to quality and safety specifications
  • Monitor and control cost and labor effectively
  • Develop, implement and enforce standard operating procedures and policies
  • Address operational achievements and challenges promptly
  • Lead and mentor F&B culinary, outlet and catering leaders
  • Foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on service excellence and accountability
  • Set goals for departmental functions and monitor progress
  • Serve as mentor to department heads, managers and corporate staff
  • Manage selection, training, development and succession planning of F&B leadership staff
  • Ensure all division employees complete mandatory trainings
  • Maintain safety protocols in alignment with standards and regulations
  • Control labor and food costs while optimizing profitability
  • Oversee annual departmental budgets and proformas
  • Maximize labor efficiencies and minimize overtime
  • Coordinate F&B promotions with Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Rooms Division
  • Initiate and promote F&B merchandising events and programs
  • Collaborate with culinary leaders on innovative and diverse menu offerings
  • Oversee special hotel events execution
  • Analyze business performance and market trends to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor competitive hotel and restaurant developments
  • Identify new and innovative F&B opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
