  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks related to food service

  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management
  • Experience working in a hotel or similar fast-paced environment
  • Additional language skills
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas in compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management
  • Provide attentive and courteous customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events
