Job Requirements
- Ability to form professional working relationships with diverse individuals
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to pivot and make decisions quickly
- Comfortable proposing new ideas and executing plans
- Creative and tuned into sports, media, fashion, music, and entertainment culture
- Present oneself with professionalism and act as a brand ambassador
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance to the club's offices and facilities
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or events role
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Strong ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and incorporate feedback
- Skilled in coordinating events and vendor relationships
- Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Lead game day staffing team in the execution of full build and breakdown of Fan Fest
- Create Fan Fest maps and layouts
- Coordinate signage routing and placement
- Draft set-up and breakdown plans
- Develop weather and rain contingency plans
- Serve as primary liaison to Operations for Fan Fest infrastructure and site logistics
- Support staffing plans and on-site flow with Fan Experience leadership
- Build and maintain repeatable templates to streamline Fan Fest planning
- Coordinate some STM events including Chalk Talks and autograph events
- Conduct venue research and outreach
- Manage vendor coordination and staffing plans
- Brief creative teams with designers
- Schedule and manage STM Quarterly Zoom sessions
- Draft marketing materials for STM events
- Support STM-tailored pre-game experiences and partner bar tailgates
- Support ad-hoc STM initiatives in collaboration with Ticketing, Fan Experience, and Operations
- Serve as a reliable execution partner across Fan Experience initiatives
- Fill operational gaps as needed
