Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in event planning or marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Bismarck, ND
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in sports event planning or experiential marketing highly valued
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Creativity in developing new event concepts and fan engagement strategies
- Proficiency with event management software and digital communication tools
Job Duties
- Oversee and assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of annual sponsor and fan events designed to create memorable, immersive experiences
- Develop comprehensive event logistics plans, including layouts, vendor coordination, equipment booking, signage, and operational flow
- Collaborate with the Operations team to create staffing plans, schedule team members, and assign roles for each event
- Manage day-of event operations to ensure smooth, professional execution for all attendees
- Conduct pre- and post-event surveys to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, partners, and event guests, managing communication through meetings, phone calls, and email
- Work closely with the sponsorship experience team to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
