Job Requirements

- Previous customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers

Job Duties
- Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile, using their names, and expressing gratitude for their patronage
- Asking questions, using active listening and providing facility tours to help prospective members find the perfect membership and program options
- Building relationships with members, fostering connections within our Family Wellness and YMCA community
- Utilizing our operations software for member check-ins, program and membership registration, and payment processing
- Staying knowledgeable about all Family Wellness and YMCA programs and services to assist members effectively
- Handling membership and safety concerns, addressing any issues promptly and appropriately
