Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience parenting a child with special needs or involvement with child welfare or juvenile corrections
- wraparound training certification or willingness to obtain
- proficiency in Excel
- experience with electronic medical records
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to travel to homes, community locations, and office sites
- ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- ability to communicate verbally and use sight and hearing
Job Qualifications
- experience parenting a child with serious emotional disturbance or developmental disability or involvement with child welfare services or juvenile corrections
- knowledge and skills to support parents or caregivers effectively
- wraparound training and certification (provided in-service)
- proficiency in Excel
- experience with electronic medical records
- bilingual or ASL skills (compensated with additional pay)
- multilingual skills (compensated with higher additional pay)
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- partner with families to provide wraparound support
- provide direct support and services to families as needed
- connect families with peers facing similar challenges
- collaborate with wraparound facilitators
- promote FCCP program services in the community
- participate in community outreach events and resource fairs
- track and report outreach efforts and outcomes
