Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience parenting a child with special needs or involvement with child welfare or juvenile corrections
  • wraparound training certification or willingness to obtain
  • proficiency in Excel
  • experience with electronic medical records
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to travel to homes, community locations, and office sites
  • ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • ability to communicate verbally and use sight and hearing

Job Qualifications

  • experience parenting a child with serious emotional disturbance or developmental disability or involvement with child welfare services or juvenile corrections
  • knowledge and skills to support parents or caregivers effectively
  • wraparound training and certification (provided in-service)
  • proficiency in Excel
  • experience with electronic medical records
  • bilingual or ASL skills (compensated with additional pay)
  • multilingual skills (compensated with higher additional pay)
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • partner with families to provide wraparound support
  • provide direct support and services to families as needed
  • connect families with peers facing similar challenges
  • collaborate with wraparound facilitators
  • promote FCCP program services in the community
  • participate in community outreach events and resource fairs
  • track and report outreach efforts and outcomes
