Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous event planning or ministry experience preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- proficiency with digital tools such as Canva and spreadsheets
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of the church

- previous experience in event planning, ministry, or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Family Ministry Team to plan, coordinate, and oversee family-oriented ministry events throughout the year
- develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics including venue setup, food, activities, themes, decor, and volunteers
- assist with the management of the event calendar for the Family Ministry Team ensuring cohesive planning
- contribute original ideas for gatherings, themes, and activities that reflect the church’s mission and community culture
- collaborate across teams to ensure ministry alignment, shared vision, and a consistent event experience from childhood through college
- utilize Canva, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools to support event design, communication, and tracking
- ensure event spaces are inviting, safe, and conducive to connection, particularly for children and families
