Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely lift more than 60lbs
- CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire

- Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or administration
- Experience in child-focused roles such as babysitting, teaching, or coaching
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer inquiries effectively

Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting families, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Guide families through their journey by helping them choose the right swim program, completing enrollment, and addressing questions or concerns with care and expertise
- Promote the Aqua-Tots experience by communicating the benefits of the swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills
- Resolve customer inquiries by providing solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience
- Celebrate family milestones by handing out stickers, high-fives, and acknowledging swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences
- Maintain a welcoming environment to ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families
- Collaborate with the team by attending regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service
