Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license
  • current student actively pursuing a degree in business administration or related field
  • must be enrolled and in good academic standing with an accredited academic institution at time of internship
  • ability to attend mandatory orientation and training
  • minimum 100-hour commitment unless stated otherwise in contract
  • business professional or clinical attire
  • established contract with academic institution

Job Duties

  • support the facilities director and department with managing and monitoring facilities services
  • assist in daily operations of maintenance and housekeeping departments
  • participate in scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks
  • help monitor inventory and supplies for facilities operations
  • ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
  • collaborate with team members to improve facilities processes
  • maintain documentation and records related to facilities management
