Job Requirements
- First class medical certification required
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
- Must complete ICAO international procedures training annually
- Must be located or willing to relocate within two hours of TEB airport
Job Qualifications
- Total flight time of 3000 hours
- Pilot in command time of 1500 hours
- Multi-engine land time of 1500 hours
- Multi-engine land pilot in command time of 500 hours
- Turbojet flight time of 500 hours
- Instrument flight time of 250 hours
- Management background with exceptional leadership skills
- NBAA CAM certification preferred
- Experience in flight operations personnel training
- Budget development and management experience
- College degree or advanced non-flight training
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience contributing to industry best practices
- Typed on Falcon 900C
- First class medical certification required
Job Duties
- Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Monitors personal appearance, dress code, and conduct of all assigned personnel
- Maintains current files of Solairus Aviation memorandums
- Coordinates and reviews crew and maintenance personnel training
- Coordinates all maintenance test, training, and other flights not initiated by normal client scheduling
- Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable aircraft scheduling
- Approves and schedules personal time off for assigned personnel
- Updates flight coordinator regarding schedule changes
- Conducts meetings to coordinate activities and promote employee goodwill
- Approves expense accounts for assigned personnel
- Participates in interviewing assigned personnel
- Solicits client Responsible Officer input for operational issues
- Submits required written reports
- Revises manuals and publications assigned to aircraft
- Maintains training currency and monthly flight time records
- Ensures timely submission of training records and medicals
- Promotes customer goodwill and company reputation
- Participates actively in Safety Management System implementation and initiatives
