Job Requirements

Over 21 years of age
Valid California driver’s license
Reliable car with current insurance
Comfortable talking to people
Dependable and team-oriented
Positive attitude
Ready to learn and enjoy work

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or food service
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

Perform thorough housecleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing
Engage positively with clients to ensure satisfaction and comfort
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
Adhere to company safety and quality standards
Attend training sessions and apply learned techniques
Participate in company events and contribute to a positive workplace culture
