Job Requirements
- Over 21 years of age
- Valid California driver’s license
- Reliable car with current insurance
- Comfortable talking to people
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Ready to learn and enjoy work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or food service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Perform thorough housecleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing
- Engage positively with clients to ensure satisfaction and comfort
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Adhere to company safety and quality standards
- Attend training sessions and apply learned techniques
