Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of catering orders from customers and production side
- Maintain communication with department managers regarding orders, changes, or issues
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate all pick-ups and deliveries
- Have product knowledge including servings, amounts, cost, and suggest complementary items
- Utilize ShopRite's Order Ready Online catering tool for data tracking
- Use social media and local events to promote the catering brand
- Develop and maintain customer relationship processes such as follow-up calls and notes
- Utilize company resources and participate in all training opportunities
- Regularly lift, pull, push, and rotate equipment and merchandise up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 60 lbs
- Maintain signage to inform customers about product choices and ingredients
- Perform duties in accordance with all health, safety, and company regulations
- Dress and groom according to company policy including uniform and name badge
- Greet all customers with prompt, courteous service
- Check prices and product locations
- Promote charitable promotions
- Understand and adhere to company shrink guidelines
- Complete applicable department training
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment
- Observe safe methods of performing duties
- Work overtime as assigned
- Stand for the duration of scheduled shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
