Job Requirements

  • Two-year college degree with three or more years of related experience or a four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field including supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing applications
  • Ability to handle stressful and high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Possession of a valid driver's license from the applicable state

  • Maximize room revenue by employing smart rate strategies and managing occupancy effectively
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and team members
  • Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism
