Job Duties
- Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism
- maintain sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards
- commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations
- load and unload luggage
- assist with check-ins and check-outs
- escort guests to rooms
- open and close cab doors
- deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed
- stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options
- provide maps and directions
- keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming
- keep the van clean inside and out
- transport guests on scheduled runs
- showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested
- support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed
- always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment
