Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or related field
  • Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week
  • Experience supervising at least three full-time associates
  • Proficient in using hotel management software
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality or business management education preferred
  • Proven leadership experience in hotel management
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to use discretion and exercise independent judgement
  • Experience in revenue management and cost control
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations
  • Supervise operating departments in the absence of the General Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Assist General Manager with revenue generation and cost control
  • Develop associates to improve team performance
  • Direct the work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
  • Perform administrative and executive tasks using discretion and independent judgement
  • Work necessary hours to complete job responsibilities
