Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • proficiency with hotel management software
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and efficiently during check-in and check-out
  • manage reservation systems and update guest information accurately
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs
  • handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • resolve guest issues and complaints effectively
  • maintain front desk organization and assist with administrative tasks
